The house is located on Calle Alfredo Palma, Residencial Bellavista. The urbanization consists of 8 blocks divided into two phases: Three blocks in phase 1, which are older and five in phase 2, which is where the property is located with an age of August 2003. 

It should be noted that it is located in block 6 and this is where the storage rooms are located and therefore the neighbors of this phase 2 do not have them in their block, they have to come to ours to access them and that is why I want to highlight the great comfort that we have for this reason by not having to move and directly access them either by the elevator on floor – 1 or by the door that leads to them. Following on the storage rooms I want to comment that they are small around 3 square meters, although the one of this property has one more square meter and therefore is 4. Continuing to floor – 2, which is where the car parks are located, I want to comment on a couple of details: the first is the ease and comfort of the square since it is located right next to the access to the elevator that leads to the house and the second is that not all the spaces are the same and there are around three or four kinds of dimensions and the corresponding square is the largest with 21 square meters and there are only three or four like this in the entire parking lot of the 8 blocks. Next I would go to the property that is located on the first floor, north facing, quite high and similar to the height of a second of those that faces the interior of the urbanization. It is in good condition, there is hardly any noise that bothers and highlights the good degree of coexistence between the neighbors. There are 114 square meters built of which 96 are habitable. 

The house has three rectangular-shaped bedrooms: the two smallest have just over 11 square meters with their corresponding wooden-lined wardrobes and their respective drawers. Both rooms have their windows with the same orientation that I mentioned before. The master bedroom is about 14 square meters with its window, dressing room (2.5 square meters more or less) and one of the bathrooms is located within the same room. It has two full bathrooms, both with a bathtub. They will be around approximately 3.5 square meters each. 

The living room has an ELE shape with about 21 square meters and its large window that opens onto the terrace. With regard to the kitchen, to say that when they made the houses they did it in two ways: the smallest one that is narrow and shaped like a corridor, and the one that corresponds to the property that is the largest and shaped like an ELE with about 12 square meters It also has a small laundry room with 1.5 square meters (approx.) and which is located between the kitchen and the access to the terrace. 

The entrance to the property is 2 square meters and here there is also another wooden lined wardrobe, although it does not have a chest of drawers as it is distributed in another way. 

Finally, the corridor that leads to the three bedrooms and one of the bathrooms is around three square meters.

Specif y some details: a) The original floors are maintained throughout the house, although the vast majority are found under both the vinyl tiles in the kitchen, laundry room and terrace. Wood-colored melamine for the entrance, hallway, living room, one of the small bedrooms, dressing room and master bedroom. Both a small bedroom and the two bathrooms maintain the original uncovered. b) The three closets in the small rooms and the entrance open with two aluminum doors. The dimensions of the cabinets are 2.50m high, 1.20m wide and 60cm deep. c) In the laundry room there is a countertop that is above the washer and dryer and that is very useful. Here is the thermos that is made of natural gas. d) The kitchen is well equipped, with a good storage unit, furniture, quite a few drawers, corner shelves, metal shelves with sliding protrusions, Silestone countertop … and in general quite well used in my opinion. e) The community is around 65 euros and the IBI 700 euros approximately (housing and garbage)
