This really is a lot of house with plenty of land. A gardeners paradise and someone who loves a big workshop. Although private there are neighbours, so this is not a typical isolated country property. The downside of having great tarmac access is there is a road close by, so there is some traffic noise audible in the garden, although the trees dampen the majority. The plus side is that it is a 2 minute drive to town and facilities.
