THE CONNECTION WITH THE NATURAL. The large window on the ground floor, that extends from
the floor to the ceiling, confuses you about where you are. Thus, you do not know if you are inside
or outside, if you are in the living room or on the terrace. It is a feeling of total continuity.
In every space you can feel the connection with the natural environment, the garden, the terrace,
the landscape and at the same time with the luminous valley that watches you and can also be
looked at.
The design is inspired by the transparent waters of a crystalline river and makes you appreciate the
beauty and the connection with the natural environment in every moment.
Its cubic and modular shape provides large open spaces that let us lead a comfortable and relaxed
life.

VILLA DESIGNED WITH THREE FLOORS. As reference we use the street level which we call “LEVEL
0”, floors above this level will have a (+) sign and those beneath it will have a (-) sign:
– LEVEL 0 Basement, distributed into a vehicle access zone and pedestrian access to the house,
parking area, installation room and elevator.
– LEVEL +1 Main floor, distributed in dining room-kitchen,living room, toilet, covered terrace and
swimming pool.
– LEVEL +2 Bedrooms, distributed in Bedroom 1 with in suite bathroom, dressing room and covered
terrace; Bedroom 2 with closet and covered terrace; Bedroom 3 with closet and covered terrace,
general bathroom.
– GARDEN which has been designed with trees and decorative plants in the area of the plot that
has not been built up.

OUR SYSTEM IS A LA CARTE. Being faithful to it, everything we offer is a starting point for our
clients: The Design of the villa will be adjusted to the client’s taste; the location of the villa and its
construction will be done in the place and plot chosen by the client and, the quality elements will
be chosen by the client, for which, we offer three levels of quality, which, in ascending form, we call
them: Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

OUR MISSION. To provide the client with a wide range of options in design and qualities so the
client can easily create his or her living spaces with trimmings that the client likes and enables him
or her to feel emotionally well.
This villa has been designed on a plot located in the third phase of the urbanization “Sierra Gorda
in Coín, Málaga”. It is a reference and prototype for the client to choose an available plot in this
urbanization or in another location of interest.
The reference prices in this prototype location for the three quality levels offered are: Gold
Basic level price 820.000 €; Gold Plus level price 930.000 €; Platinum level price: 1.030.000 €
and, Diamond level price: 1.135.000 €.

The prices offered do not include the taxes inherent to the sale and purchase and will be
updated on the date of signature of the corresponding purchase contract.

THE WORKING AREAS where the “Villas a la carte” system (VALC SYSTEM) is developed, so that
the client can choose a location to build his villa, is the Costa del Sol of Malaga and its area of
influence, from Tarifa, through all the municipalities of the coast, Algeciras,San Roque, La Alcaidesa,
Sotogrande, Guadiaro, Manilva, Casares, Estepona, San Pedro Alcántara, Benahavís, Marbella, Mijas,
Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Alhaurin de la Torre, Alhaurin el Grande, Coín, Málaga,
Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez Málaga, Torre del Amar, Torrox, Nerja, La Herradura, Almuñécar,
Salobreña and Motril. Our technical team will manage, within the total amount of plots offered, an
availability at each time that at any given moment, our client can request one and we will be able
to offer an economic price of the villa and plot chosen.

OUR METHOD IS A LA CARTE. The client decides and always has the last word, because we have a
deep respect for his personal wishes and privacy.
We establish 3 very simple steps:
1.- Choice of villa and location.From the collection of villas and the catalogue of plots offered, the
client chooses the one he really likes and best fits his needs and desires.
“From this moment on, everything starts”.
2.- Adjust the design.Once the villa and location have been chosen, the client can adjust the interior
and exterior design to their personal needs, with maximum respect for the applicable regulations
and, always with the help and advice of our technical team, who will inform them of the technical
feasibility of the proposed changes.
3.-Selection of finishing elements.We offer a variety of options in the finishing elements, selected
from the sensation of balance, harmony and well-being, seeking at all times the maximum ease
and comfort for our clients.
In each of the villas of the collection we offer three levels of quality, which in ascending form,
we call them:gold, platinum and diamond.In addition, we offer a battery of extras, consisting of
finishing elements that are not elements that are not included in any of the three levels.
The customer can choose any of the three levels, interact between them, incorporate extras or

We contemplate for our clients “the field of all possibilities”.

Villas a la Carte will be able to carry out modifications without this implying a decrease in the

availability of the electrical appliances and other quality elements included here will be checked
at the date of signing the contract and the date of their installation, being replaced by a brand and
model of equivalent quality in case of shortage. The furniture shown in the images is not subject
